Harald Fuchs Bakery - Confectionery e. K. Kurz Bakery Fuchs is a large bakery in Northern Bavaria . It has 112 sales branches (as of 2018) in Franconia between Schweinfurt , Bayreuth , Fürth and Kronach .

history

In 1885 the Limburg baker Franz Lediger registered his trade in Bamberg . In 1897 he acquired the Brückleinsbeck in Zinkenwörth 10 from baker Franz Düring, a bakery documented since 1600, which was later taken over by Franz Lediger's son Peter and his wife Josephina. In the third generation, the bakery got its current name through the marriage of Gerda Lediger to the master baker Andreas Fuchs and from 1977 in the fourth generation with five employees at the time, Harald and Hyazintha Fuchs continued to expand. In 1990 the company relocated its operations to a new building on Rodezstrasse.
