The Böse Weibl is a 3119 m above sea level. A. high summit in the north of the Schober group in East Tyrol . The mountain is characterized by its conical summit structure. It is one of the easiest three-thousanders in the Schobergruppe, even if at least 1200 meters of ascent and descent have to be mastered.
The ascent from the Lucknerhaus on the Kalser Glocknerstrasse to the Peischlachtörl ( 2490 m ), where the Wiener Höhenweg from the Glorerhütte also joins, takes place from the northwest . The path continues on the ridge to the Tschadinsattel ( 2987 m ). From there it goes over the western flank to the summit. From Peischlachtörl you can also follow the Wiener Höhenweg to the Kesselkeessattel ( 2926 m ), where the Gernot-Röhr bivouac is located, and from there you can reach the summit via the eastern flank. From the south-east, the ascent is from the Elberfelder Hütte and via the Wiener Höhenweg you get to the Kesselkeessattel from the other side. From the Lesachalmhütte a path leads first eastwards and then turning northwards to the Tschadinsattel and from there the summit can be reached again via the western flank.
From the summit you can see the Großglockner , from east to south to west the Schobergruppe with the Großer Hornkopf , the Rote Knopf , Glödis , Ralfkopf , Ganot and Hochschober spreads out.
