Back to School - Gottschalk's big class reunion is a German game show produced by Constantin Entertainment in the Berlin Adlershof studio . The first issue was broadcast on February 7, 2014. The show is moderated by Thomas Gottschalk . The show is not broadcast live, but recorded live on tape beforehand . The director is Frank Hof .
concept
In every television broadcast, Thomas Gottschalk welcomes two prominent candidates who compete against each other with their former schoolmates. Each of the quiz and game rounds focuses on a special school subject such as German , English , mathematics , chemistry or history . In addition, the show is intended to serve as a review of the prominent candidates' school days and as a review of the zeitgeist prevailing at the time.
