Badminton 1955

The highlight of the badminton year 1955 was the Thomas Cup with the winner Malaya as well as the All England , the Irish Open , the Scottish Open , the German Open , the Dutch Open and the French Open . National championships were held for the first time in Finland and Switzerland.
