Ballıca ( Zazaisch Bolciye ) is a village in the district of Nazımiye in the Turkish province of Tunceli . Ballıca is about 4 km east of Nazımiye. The former name of Ballıcas is Bolciyan.

In 2011 there were 46 people living in Ballıca. At the beginning of the 1990s, 247 people lived here.

Ballıca is the birthplace and hometown of CHP chairman and Turkish opposition leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu . In 1993 the village school was closed. In 2010 the population was aging. The village is bilingual , Zaza and Turkish are spoken and understood.
