Banffshire and Buchan Coast is a constituency for the Scottish Parliament . It was introduced in 2011 as one of ten constituencies in the electoral region of North East Scotland , which was redesigned and expanded from nine to ten constituencies as part of the constituencies' revision in 2011. The constituency of Banffshire and Buchan Coast was formed from areas of the former constituency of Banff and Buchan . It includes the north-eastern coastal areas of the Council Area Aberdeenshire with the cities of Buckie , Fraserburgh and Peterhead . The constituency sends a representative.

The constituency covers an area of ​​937.4 km 2 . In the 2011 census survey, a total of 76,084 people lived within its borders.
