Aberdeen South and North Kincardine is a constituency for the Scottish Parliament . It was introduced in 2011 as one of ten constituencies in the electoral region of North East Scotland , which was redesigned and expanded to ten constituencies as part of the constituency revision in 2011. Here, the constituency of Aberdeen South and North Kincardine was formed from areas of the former constituencies Aberdeen South and West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine . It includes the southern districts of Aberdeens and the surrounding areas of the Council Area Aberdeenshire . The constituency sends a representative.
The constituency extends over an area of 176.6 km 2 . In the 2011 census survey, a total of 74,663 people lived within its borders.
