Bassem Hassan Mohammed (born May 13, 1987 ) is a show jumper from Qatar .

In the world rankings published in early May 2015, he was in 30th place.

In 2013, in the saddle of Rosalia as part of the Qatari team, he finished sixth in the Nations Cup in al-Ain , and he also took part in the Nations Cup final with her. With the same horse he came in 31st place at the 2013 World Cup finals .

Bassem Hassan Mohammed achieved his greatest single success to date when he and Victoria won the Monaco Grand Prix , a stage of the 2014 Global Champions Tour. This was also the first victory of an Arab rider in a special stage of the Global Champions Tour. In the same year he won the gold medal with the Qatari team at the Asian Games.
