From his hand created altars , the Antonius -Altar (ca. 1522) from the demolished Maria Magdalene Church of the castle monastery and an altar of the Church of Tramm , are part of the great collection of medieval religious art in St. Anne's Museum in Lübeck. In addition, God the Father with the dead Christ and the coats of arms of the England, Bergen and Novgorod drivers (today in the St. Anne's Museum) are ascribed to him in the Holy Spirit Hospital . The carved altar for the Lendersdorf parish church of St. Michaelis still there; Originally associated groups of figures are now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the RISD Museum in Providence , Rhode Island . Another altar by Dreyer from Birket Church on the Danish island of Lolland is in the Statens Museum for Kunst in Copenhagen .

In 1533/34 Dreyer created a pulpit with Reformation motifs for the Marienkirche . The work of art, created only three years after the Reformation in Lübeck, is one of the oldest and most important works of art from the Reformation period in Northern Germany. In 1699, when the Marienkirche received a new pulpit in the Baroque style, the pulpit was sold to Zarrentin am Schaalsee , where it is still used today in the Zarrentin church.
