The Berlin Football Championship 1925-26 was the fifteenth under the Brandenburg football championship discharged (VBB) Berlin Football Championship . The championship was held this season in two groups of ten teams each in a round-robin tournament with a return leg. The two group winners then played in the final of the Berlin soccer championship. In the end, Hertha BSC won the final against SV Norden-Nordwest and became Berlin soccer champions for the fifth time. With this victory, the club qualified for the German soccer championship 1925/26 . In the round of 16, VfB Königsberg was beaten 4-0, in the quarter-finals Hertha was able to clearly win 8-2 against FSV Frankfurt , in the semifinals they managed a 4-2 home win over Hamburger SV . Hertha BSC only had to admit defeat in the final of the German soccer championship . After the Herthaners took an early 1-0 lead in the game that took place on June 13, 1926, they ultimately suffered a 4-1 defeat against SpVgg Fürth and thus only became runner-up. North-Northwest was also qualified for the German soccer championship as Berlin runner-up. After a 2-1 away win against VfR Köln 04 rrh. reached the north-northwest , the quarter-finals, which with 0: 4 against Holstein Kiel lost.

    A.The BTuFC Union 92 initially protested successfully against the valuation of the game against the BFC Prussia, so the BFC Prussia should have been relegated . However, the VBB later pardoned BFC Prussia so that both clubs could remain in the league. Since there were still two promoted teams, the season was increased by one participant to 11 teams.
