Bernhard Degenhard

Bernhard Degenhard (born August 30, 1905 in Essen , † February 15, 1991 in Kirchentellinsfurt ) was a German doctor and professional politician.

Degenhard, who had studied philosophy and law before turning to medicine, established himself as a general practitioner in Eberhardzell in 1946 . From 1947 he was active as a representative in the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians , and from 1951 in the Tübingen pension fund . In 1957 he moved his practice to Kirchentellinsfurt. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Baden-Württemberg Medical Association since it was founded in 1954, and was its president from 1963 to 1975. In 1963, he was appointed German Medical Assembly in the Executive Board of the German Medical Association , 1967, he was elected Vice President of the German Medical Association and the German Medical.

In 1954 Degenhard was appointed honorary social judge at the Reutlingen Social Court and was an honorary judge at the Federal Social Court in Kassel from 1964 to 1976 .

Degenhard was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Moenania Munich, KDStV Bavaria Bonn and KDStV Borusso-Westfalia Bonn.
