In the final round, in which eight group winners participated, his team also prevailed as the winner; with four goals in six games, he was part of it. As a participant in the final round of the German Championship with his team, he only played one game; Eintracht Frankfurt retired on June 1, 1930 in Berlin after the 2-4 defeat in the quarterfinals against Holstein Kiel from the competition. In 1933 the club failed to achieve regional successes, but a third representative from southern Germany was required for the final round of the German championship. His club prevailed in both qualifying games 2-0 against VfB Stuttgart and SpVgg Fürth. After his two appearances in the last sixteen and quarter-finals , he and his team fell out in the third game: against the eventual German champions from Düsseldorf they lost 4-0 in Berlin .
