The Southern German football championship in 1931/32 won Eintracht Frankfurt . The main district champion moved into the final round of the German soccer championship 1931/32 together with runner-up Bayern Munich and 1. FC Nürnberg . All three South German representatives reached the semi-finals here, in the final Bayern and Eintracht faced each other again. In the German final, FC Bayern secured the title.

In the top division of southern Germany, 81 teams were divided into four district leagues with two relays each. The champions and the runner-up of the eight relays qualified for the final round of the southern German championship. The last two of each season had to relegate.

Endgame

The final in Stuttgart had to be canceled in the 83rd minute when the score was 2-0 due to crowd turmoil. Eintracht Frankfurt was declared champion by the South German Football Association.

Qualification for the German championship finals

As champions and runners-up, Eintracht Frankfurt and FC Bayern Munich qualified for the final round of the German championship . The third South German representative was determined in a playoff between the two teams placed second in the final groups. This then met the South German cup winner.
