Bernsdorf is a residential area belonging to the Rodleben district of the city of Dessau-Roßlau in Saxony-Anhalt .

Bernsdorf is located northwest of Rodleben, south of federal highway 184 from which it can be reached via a short spur road. A larger forest area extends to the north, and extensive arable land adjoins it to the south. The Trebnitz – Leipzig railway line runs south of the town.

Bernsdorf emerged from a Vorwerk and essentially consists of a row of houses oriented from west to east. At the western end there is a large historical farm building that has been placed under monument protection and is listed in the local monument register as Vorwerk Bernsdorf .
