Bigge spring area
Coordinates: 50 ° 55 ′ 40 ″ N , 7 ° 49 ′ 20 ″ E
The Biggequellgebiet nature reserve is located in the Altenkirchen district (Westerwald) in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The 67.54 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 2000 , extends west of Römershagen , a district of the municipality of Wenden , along the Bigge on the border with North Rhine-Westphalia . County road 83 runs along the western edge of the area .
