Lindians soaps

The Lindians Seifen nature reserve is located in the Altenkirchen (Westerwald) district in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The approximately 60 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1986 , extends west of the local community of Elkenroth along the Lindianseifen creek and along county road 116. Not far to the east is state road 288.
Protective purpose is to preserve the alder - swamp forest and basalt - scree slopes as habitats of rare, endangered and consisted of species-rich animal and plant communities.
