Billy is a former French community with 377 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . The municipality belonged to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Troarn (until 2015: canton of Bourguébus ).

On January 1st, 2017, the Billy parish merged with Airan , Conteville , Fierville-Bray and Poussy-la-Campagne to form the new Valambray parish .

Billy is about 15 kilometers southeast of Caen .

The community of Billy was surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chicheboville in the north and northwest, Moult in the northeast, Airan in the east, Fierville-Bray in the south, Poussy-la-Campagne in the west and southwest and Conteville in the west.
