Birgitta Heiskel (* 1962 in Frankfurt / Main ) is a German illustrator and graphic artist .

Life

Birgitta Heiskel studied at the University of Fine Arts in Braunschweig . Since 1990 she has lived and worked in Vienna as a freelance illustrator for books and magazines. She illustrated for the Saturday supplement of the Kurier , the Freizeit Kurier , among other things short stories by Michael Köhlmeier , columns by Gabriele Kuhn and recipes for children by Heidi Strobl .
