The diocese Dolisie ( Latin Dioecesis Dolisiensis , French Diocèse de Dolisie ) is in the Republic of Congo situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Dolisie .

history

The Diocese of Dolisie was established on May 24, 2013 by Pope Francis from cession of territory from the Diocese of Nkayi and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Brazzaville as a suffragan . The first bishop was Bienvenu Manamika Bafouakouahou .

On May 30, 2020, Pope Francis made the diocese Dolisie subordinate to the Archdiocese of Pointe-Noire as a suffragan.

It includes the Niari department .
