The Roman Catholic Diocese of Imus ( lat. : Dioecesis Imusensis ) is the Philippines located Roman Catholic diocese based in Imus .

history

Our Lady of The Pillar Cathedral in Imus

The diocese Imus was on November 25, 1961 by Pope John XXIII. Established with the Apostolic Constitution Christi fidelium from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Manila and subordinated to this as a suffragan .

It includes the province of Cavite on the island of Luzon .
