The Diocese of Kandi ( lat. : Dioecesis Kandina ) is an in Benin located diocese of the Roman Catholic Church based in Kandi .

history

The diocese of Kandi was established on December 19, 1994 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution In apparando from cessions of territory from the Diocese of Parakou and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Cotonou as a suffragan . On October 16, 1997, the diocese of Kandi was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Parakou as a suffragan.
