The Diocese of Libmanan ( lat. : Dioecesis Libmanana ) is the Philippines located Roman Catholic diocese based in Libmanan .

history

The Diocese of Libmanan was established on December 9, 1989 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Philippinis in Insulis from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Caceres as the territorial prelature of Libmanan . The territorial prelature Libmanan was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Caceres as a suffragan . On March 25, 2009 the territorial prelature Libmanan was by Pope Benedict XVI. with the Apostolic Constitution Cum in Philippinis raised to the diocese.

The diocese of Libmanan includes the province of Camarines Sur .
