The Diocese of Mongu ( Latin Dioecesis Monguensis , English Diocese of Mongu ) is in Zambia situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Mongu .

history

The diocese of Mongu was established on June 14, 1997 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution De universis from cessions of territory from the Diocese of Livingstone and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Lusaka as a suffragan .
