Blattnicksele , umesamisch Bláhnage is a place ( Småort ) in the Swedish province of Västerbottens län and the historical province of Lapland in the municipality of Sorsele . The place is about thirty kilometers south of the main town of the municipality, Sorsele , on the Inlandsbahn and on the Vindelälven . There is also a school in the small town.

The rock singer Eddie Meduza was so fascinated by the place name that he dedicated a song to the place.
