Bohdaniwka ( Ukrainian Богданівка ; Russian Богдановка Bogdanowka ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast Kirovohrad with about 230 inhabitants (April 1, 2013).
Bohdaniwka is the administrative seat of the district council of the same name with 457 inhabitants, to which the villages Mala Hanniwka (Ukrainian Мала Ганнівка ) ⊙ with 29 inhabitants and Soldatske (Ukrainian Солдатське ) ⊙ with 199 inhabitants belong.
geography
The village lies in Petrove Raion opposite the mouth of Selena in the Iskriwka Reservoir accumulated Inhulets River . The district center of Petrowe is 9 km north of Bohdaniwka and the nearest town Shovti Vody 23 km northeast of the village. The city of Kryvyi Rih is 77 km south of the village.
