The Bornbach is a creek about two kilometers long. It is a left and southeast tributary of the Seemenbach in the Hessian Wetteraukreis .
geography
course
The Bornbach rises in two spring branches in a healing spring protection zone in the eastern Wetterau at an altitude of about 330 m above sea level. NHN in a coniferous forest south of the Büdingen district of Rinderbügen and southwest of the Wächtersbach district of Waldensberg . After the confluence of the two branches, the Bornbach flows first in a westerly direction through the Finkerslache forest , then runs first to the northwest and then more north between the mixed forest Dornbusch and a disused lignite dump . A little further down the stream it borders on the Wenzelswiese on its right side and is strengthened on the same side by the small Steinbach . Its course, which is now bordered by a mixed forest to the west and by grassland to the east, leads to the northwest. It then feeds a small pond, then flows east past a sports field and finally flows out at an altitude of about 203 m above sea level. NHN in the Seemenbachtal nature reserve at Rinderbuegen from the left into the Seemenbach .
