The Boulon is a river in France that runs in the Loir-et-Cher department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the western municipality of Chauvigny-du-Perche , generally drains south-west along the LGV Atlantique railway line and, after around 24 kilometers, flows into the Loir as a right tributary in the municipality of Mazangé .

Hydrology
In dry periods, the river seeps into the karst subsoil over a length of about five kilometers . The infiltration point is located south of Danzé, in the local area of Azé the water comes out again.
