Danzé is a French commune in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It is assigned to the canton of Le Perche and the Arrondissement of Vendôme .

geography

The village with 694 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) is located in the Le Perche countryside and is around 10 kilometers north of Vendôme on the D357 departmental road , which leads west-east from Le Mans (68 kilometers) to Orléans (70 kilometers) . The municipality is crossed by the Boulon River, which seeps into the karst underground to the south of the town and only sees daylight after about five kilometers. The neighboring municipalities are Romilly , La Ville-aux-Clercs , Rahart , Azé , Épuisay , Le Temple and Beauchêne .

Danzé consists entirely of old houses. The village square is the Place de l'Église by the church. The place has a restaurant, a shop, a bakery and a car repair shop.
