Lisle is a French municipality with 195 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . Administratively, it is assigned to the canton of Le Perche (until 2015: canton of Morée ) and the arrondissement of Vendôme . The inhabitants are called Lislois .

Lisle is located about 31 kilometers north-northwest of Blois in the Le Perche countryside . Lisle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Ville-aux-Clercs in the north, Busloup in the northeast, Pezou in the east, Saint-Firmin-des-Prés in the south and southwest and Rahart in the west.
