Selommes is about 18 kilometers north-northwest of Blois on the river Houzée . Selommes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Faye in the north, Oucques la Nouvelle in the east and northeast, Rhodon in the east, Champigny-en-Beauce in the south and southeast, Villemardy in the south, Périgny in the west and Coulommiers-la-Tour and Villetrun in the northwest.
