Pezou is located about 33 kilometers north-northwest of Blois in the Le Perche countryside . Pezou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Busloup in the north, Fréteval in the northeast, Lignières in the east, Renay in the southeast, Saint-Firmin-des-Prés in the south and southwest and Lisle in the west.
