Pezou is a French commune with 1,119 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . Administratively, it is assigned to the canton of Le Perche (until 2015: canton of Morée ) and the arrondissement of Vendôme .
geography
Pezou is located about 33 kilometers north-northwest of Blois in the Le Perche countryside . Pezou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Busloup in the north, Fréteval in the northeast, Lignières in the east, Renay in the southeast, Saint-Firmin-des-Prés in the south and southwest and Lisle in the west.
