Saint-Firmin-des-Prés is a French municipality with 824 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Vendôme and the canton of Le Perche (until 2015: canton of Morée ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Firminois .
geography
Saint-Firmin-des-Prés is located about seven kilometers north-northeast of the city center of Vendôme on the Loir River . Its tributary, the Réveillon, runs along the southern municipal boundary . Neighboring communities are Lisle in the north, Pezou in the east and north-east, Renay in the east, Rocé in the south-east, Meslay in the south, Saint-Ouen in the west and south-west and Rahart in the north-west.
