Rahart is a French municipality with 325 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It is assigned to the canton of Le Perche (until 2015: canton of Morée ) and the arrondissement of Vendôme . The inhabitants are called Rahartois .

Rahart is located about 34 kilometers north-northwest of Blois in the Le Perche countryside . Rahart is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Danzé in the north and northwest, La Ville-aux-Clercs in the north and northeast, Lisle in the east, Saint-Firmin-des-Prés in the southeast, Saint-Ouen in the south and southeast and Azé in the west and southwest .
