Huisseau-en-Beauce is a French municipality with 423 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of Vendôme and is part of the canton of Montoire-sur-le-Loir (until 2015: canton of Saint-Amand-Longpré ). The inhabitants are called Huicellois .

Huisseau-en-Beauce is about 36 kilometers northeast of Tours and about 32 kilometers northwest of Blois . Huisseau-en-Beauce is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Villiersfaux in the north and northwest, Villerable in the north and northeast, Nourray in the east, Saint-Amand-Longpré in the south and Ambloy in the west.
