Le Plessis-Dorin is about 75 kilometers north-northwest of Blois and about 75 kilometers north-northeast of Tours . The municipality borders on Chapelle-Guillaume to the north and northeast, Couëtron-au-Perche to the south and east, and Melleray to the west and northwest.
