Sougé is a municipality with 479 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in French Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the canton of Le Perche (until 2015: canton of Savigny-sur-Braye ) and the arrondissement of Vendôme . The inhabitants are called Sougéens .
geography
Sougé is about 65 kilometers northwest of Blois and about 50 kilometers north-northeast of Tours . The Loir limits the municipality to the south. The municipality borders on Bessé-sur-Braye in the north, Bonneveau in the northeast, Saint-Jacques-des-Guérets in the east, Artins in the south and southeast, Vallée-de-Ronsard with Couture-sur-Loir in the south and southwest as well as Loir en Vallée in the west.
The Sougé airfield is located in the municipality.
