Marcilly-en-Beauce is about seven kilometers west-southwest of the city center of Vendôme . Marcilly-en-Beauce is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Naveil in the north and north-east, Villerable in the east, Huisseau-en-Beauce in the south, Villiersfaux in the west and south-west and Thoré-la-Rochette in the north-west.
