The Coming of the Knights Templar in Arville was in the early 12th century by the Knights Templar built in a wooded area that gave them Gottfried III., Count of Mondoubleau. The coming was managed as a court estate and also served to recruit and train new Knights Templar. The Templars managed what was to come until the order was dissolved by Philippe IV , who accused them of heresy.

After that, the estate came into the hands of the Order of St. John , who managed the Coming until the French Revolution . The place was confiscated as national property and sold to farmers who settled here. In 1979 the community association Collines du Perche bought the new one and had it restored. Today the building complex classified as a monument historique is a museum. Especially the pigeon tower is coming.
