history
The Brander Hof emerged from an older settlement that was entered in the original cadastre in the form of Branderhof .
According to the survey of the government district of Cöln , the place categorized as “farm goods” had five houses in 1845. At that time 23 people lived in the place, all of them Catholic faith. In 1905 there were two residential buildings with 13 residents. The defining word fire indicates that the original land reclamation was carried out by slash-and-burn.
