Brenac is a village in Occitania , France . The formerly independent municipality was merged with Quillan to form Commune nouvelle Quillan with effect from January 1, 2016 . Neighboring towns are Puivert in the northwest, Rouvenac in the north, Fa in the east, Quillan in the southeast, Coudons in the southwest and Nébias in the west.
