Bundestag constituency Hamburg-Nord II
The Bundestag constituency Hamburg-Nord II was a constituency in Hamburg for the elections to the German Bundestag . It last comprised the districts of Uhlenhorst, Barmbek-Süd, Dulsberg and Barmbek-Nord from the Hamburg-Nord district and the districts of Bramfeld and Steilshoop belonging to the Wandsbek district.
history
The constituency Hamburg-Nord II was number 6 of the Hamburg constituencies in the 1949 federal election, then had the nationwide constituency number 22 and for the elections from 1965 to 1976 finally number 16. In the elections from 1949 to 1961, the constituency was called Hamburg VIII .
For the federal elections from 1949 to 1961, the area of the constituency consisted of the districts Winterhude , Uhlenhorst , Barmbek-Süd , Dulsberg and Barmbek-Nord .
Before the federal election in 1965, the constituencies were redesigned and renamed. The constituency of Hamburg-Nord II initially only consisted of the districts of Uhlenhorst, Barmbek-Süd, Dulsberg and Barmbek-Nord, which belonged to the Hamburg-Nord district. Before the 1972 federal election, the area was expanded to include the districts of Bramfeld and Steilshoop from the Hamburg-Wandsbek district.
Before the Bundestag election in 1980, the constituency was finally divided between the Bundestag constituency Hamburg-Wandsbek and the Bundestag constituency Hamburg-Mitte .

1) In 1953, Rademacher was the joint candidate of the Hamburg bloc , an alliance of CDU, FDP, GB / BHE and DP . The CDU, the DP and the GB / BHE did not nominate their own direct candidates and called for Rademacher to be elected.
2) In 1949 Rademacher was the joint candidate of the CDU and FDP. The CDU did not run for election in the Hamburg VIII constituency and called for Rademacher to be elected.
