The constituency of Hamburg-Bergedorf - Harburg (constituency 23) is a Bundestag constituency in Hamburg and comprises the area of the Bergedorf and Harburg districts as well as the Wilhelmsburg district of the Hamburg-Mitte district . This constituency is the largest in Hamburg in terms of area.

The constituency of Hamburg-Bergedorf - Harburg was newly formed for the 2002 Bundestag election from the previous Bundestag constituency of Hamburg-Bergedorf and the Bundestag constituency of Hamburg-Harburg . In the elections from 2002 to 2009, it had constituency number 24, and since 2013 it has been number 23.
