Sophie Dal

Sophie Burcu Dal (* 17th October 1981 in Berlin as Burcu Dal ) is a German actress of Turkish descent .

Life

Sophie Burcu Dal's father is the writer Güney Dal . She grew up in her native Berlin. When she was eight, she had her first TV appearance in the ZDF children's series Siebenstein , and when she was nine in the series Löwenzahn . At eleven, she knew she wanted to be an actress. In 1998 she starred in the Tatort episode In the Trap alongside Miroslav Nemec and with her older sister Ceren Dal . In 2001, she appeared on an episode of the television series In allerfreund . She passed the Abitur and then studied philosophy for four semesters .

Since 2005 she has played her first leading role as Yasmin Ülküm's legal assistant in the successful lawyer series Der Dicke and its sequel Die Kanzlei im Erste . Since 2014 Dal plays in the humorous ZDF - thriller series Friesland alongside Florian Lukas (Episode 1 to 5) and Maxim Mehmet (from Episode 6) the patrol officer Süher Özlügül .
