The castle Rottbach even Zötzelhofen or Einsbach called, is a Outbound hilltop castle in spur position at 525  m above sea level. NHN immediately west of Zötzelhofen , a district of the Maisach community in the Fürstenfeldbruck district in Bavaria .

The castle, mentioned in 1182, was built by the von Einsbach lords. The lords of Eisenhofen and, around 1400, the Fürstenfeld monastery are named as other owners of the castle . After 1400 the castle was demolished. Nothing has been preserved from the former castle complex. Today the Burgstall is registered as a ground monument D-1-7733-0030 "Burgstall of the late Middle Ages ('Burg Rottbach')" by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation .
