Burgui , real name Jorge Franco Alviz (born October 29, 1993 in Burguillos del Cerro , Badajoz province ), is a Spanish football player . He is mostly used as a hanging tip or in an attacking midfield . He is currently under contract with Deportivo Alavés .

Club career

Burgui began his career as a football player with the club in his hometown CD Burguillos. Via CP Cacereño , at the age of 17, he came to the city rivals CD Diocesano, with whom he played the División de Honor Juvenil , the top division for A youth teams. The 2011/12 season ended Burgui as the top scorer in the league, drawing the attention of Real Madrid . In July 2012, the then 18-year-old moved to the “Royal” and played the Segunda División B with the third men's team . Burgui scored eight goals in 38 games.

On June 2, 2013, he made his debut in a game against AD Alcorcón with the second team Real Madrid Castilla in the Segunda División .

For the 2015/16 season, Burgui moved to Espanyol Barcelona on loan . For the 2016/17 season he was loaned to Sporting Gijón .

For the 2017/18 season he signed a four-year contract with Deportivo Alavés .
