Burkhard Lasch
Burkhard R. Lasch (born August 23, 1940 in Eisleben ) is a German musician, composer, producer, author and songwriter.
Life
Lasch began to write texts for Fred Frohberg and Gisela Dreßler in 1968 . By 1974 he became one of the busiest lyricists in the GDR music scene. Among other things, he wrote texts for the Puhdys , Dialog , Karat , Stern-Combo Meißen , Petra Zieger , Frank Schöbel and Dunja Rajter .
In 1976 he founded the band Elefant , brought Eva Kyselka and Ute Freudenberg as singers and managed the band. With Petra Zieger he founded the Smokings in 1981 and, after Petra Zieger left, the Smokings Rock Show . In 1986 he left the GDR.
Lasch has been the author of the program Alles Gute on MDR since 1998 . In 2002 he founded the service company Löwesongs , with which he supports artists in their work.
Lasch and his wife Silvia have two daughters ( Tanja and Diana ) who also work in the music and television business.
