CEV-Pokal 2003/04 (men)
The 2003/04 season in the CEV Cup began with the first round on October 18, 2003 and ended with the final on March 6, 2004. Bayer Wuppertal was at the start for Germany . Austria was represented by Quadriga Salzburg and Zadruga Aich / Dob . Concordia MTV Näfels and TV Amriswil were there for Switzerland .

Preliminary round
The twelve tournaments of the preliminary round were held from November 7th to 9th, 2003. The group winners reached the next round.
Play-offs
The twelve group stage winners faced the four seeded teams Coprasystel Piacenza, Kerakoll Padova (both Italy), Arago de Sète (France) and Lokomotive Yekaterinburg (Russia) in the round of 16.
