The Capanna Pian d'Alpe ( German Pian d'Alpe hut ) is a refuge in Semione, a village in the Serravalle municipality in the Valle di Blenio in the canton of Ticino in the Lepontine Alps at an altitude of 1764 m above sea level. M.
History and description
The hut was inaugurated in 1975 and restored in 1998. It belongs to the Biasca section of the Unione Ticinese Operai Escursionisti (UTOE) under the umbrella organization Federazione Alpinistica Ticinese (FAT).
The two-story hut consists of a lounge / dining room with 60 seats. The kitchen has a wood and gas stove. The 37 beds are spread over 3 rooms with 8, 12 and 17 beds. It has an outside terrace with tables and a fountain. The lighting is fed by solar cells.
The hut is suitable for families and groups.

- Sobrio ( 1128 m above sea level ) in 2 ½ hours (T2).
- Pollegio ( 298 m above sea level ) via Diganengo or via Mürisc in 4 hours.
