Carina Maria snakes (* 11. August 1984 in Würzburg as Carina Maria Breunig ) is a former German football player . The midfielder was active from 2004 to 2009 for Bundesliga club TSV Crailsheim .

Career

Carina Breunig started her career at Viktoria Aschaffenburg . After moving, she joined the Würzburger FV in order to switch to the girls of the FV Margetshöchheim in the second year of the D-Juniors . At TSV Uengershausen , for whom she played from 1997, she became a Bayern selection player. From the U15 to the U21, she was in the Bavarian team, was voted German champion with the U-15 team in 1999 and the best player at the regional cup in Duisburg. With the U-21 Bayern selection, Breunig was again German champion in 2002. With her school, the St. Ursula-Gymnasium Würzburg , Breunig was Bavarian champion three times in a row and took part three times in the national tournament youth trained for the Olympics. She became a member of the German U-16 national team and also played in the U-21 national team. With a special permit granted by the DFB , Carina Breunig played in the women's team of TSV Uengershausen at the age of 15 and rose one after the other from the regional league to the Bavarian league and then to the regional league (2003). After graduating from high school, Breunig accepted an invitation from the University of South Florida in Tampa (2004) and played there for a season with the Bulls in the First Division, the top division in America. After her return she was signed by TSV Crailsheim in December 2004 and after six Bundesliga games she was nominated for a U-21 international match against Denmark in Hameln. After TSV Crailsheim's relegation from the Bundesliga, 2006 was followed by an immediate return to the elite class, to which Breunig contributed 10 goals.

At the end of the 2009 season, the teacher switched to the Bayern division ETSV Würzburg , with whom she made the march into the 2nd Bundesliga, and where she ended her career in spring 2014 due to pregnancy. Since 2015 she has been teaching Latin at a grammar school in Würzburg.

With the student national team, Carina Breunig was in the starting line-up of national coach Norbert Düwel at the Universiade in Bangkok . There the German team only finished 13th in the table. At the Universiade 2009 in Belgrade Carina Breunig was the captain and finished 10th with the German student national team .
