Honors

meaning

Schulz's importance lay primarily in his collaboration on far-reaching laws such as the Trade Act and the Regency Act. At the same time as he was active, the North German Confederation was founded in 1866 and the German Empire was founded in 1871, as a result of which more and more powers had to be handed over to the government in Berlin.
